And for excellent instructors, it’s all about embracing madness!
The good instructors seem to be few and far between, while the marginal and poor instructors populate academic like locusts.
I say that with a good instructor you could teach anyone who had the desire to learn…the marginal or poor instructors could not teach even the most motivated pupil.
I am a little concerned that I am a marginal instructor. At least now I see what I’ve been missing and can make improvements. Thanks for the reality check Tim; keep up the good work!
