June Days Start Early

A dog and his girl looking across the lake at the mountain.

This time of the year days are long here. First light this morning was at 4:01 am, and last light is at 9:10 pm. That is a great thing, because there is a lot of stuff to get done. We’re starting week 3 of the Wilderness Bushcraft Semester (session 1) today, and have a full schedule planned. It is daunting to look at all of the material we’ll be covering in the remaining 7-weeks of the course, but we achieve this by moving forward every day.

The 9-week format is my favorite as there is adequate time to cover what needs to be covered, with enough time and reps for people to see lasting change. I have been thinking about how to improve the outcomes of our shorter programs and will be sharing these ideas in the coming weeks.

Typos, Etc.
Anything that appears to be an error in spelling or grammar is actually the author’s clever use of the vernacular, and as such is not an error, but rather a carefully placed literary device demonstrating prodigious artistic prowess.
