New Forum Rises From The Ashes

We’ve got a new forum up and running, and we’ll be using it for the next few weeks to see if it works for us. I found some great looking software called muut that, without going into a lot of detail, looks like it will be a good fit. Most, if not all, of the annoyances that plagued the old one are gone. You can check it out at JackMtn.com/forum.html. I’ll be pointing all of our forum links there in the next few days.

One big bonus is that you can login with your Facebook or Google+ id, so you don’t have to remember another password, etc. They protect against spam differently than the forum clients we’ve used in the past, so we’ll see how well it works.

The goal with the forum has always been to get your questions answered quickly, and to give us a space to run distance learning courses for our immersion program participants. Hopefully this helps us achieve that goal.

Let me know what you think.
