New Program: Autumn Woodsman Course

The Summer Woodsman course is almost full. As we’re out of open weeks during the summer to run another one, we’re introducing a new course: The Autumn Woodsman Course. We’ve been interested in offering seasonal variants of our popular weeklong woodsman course for a while, and this year we’re taking the leap. Next year (2019) we’ll be introducing the Spring Woodsman.

The course will feature no bugs, short days, cold enough to get your attention but not cold enough to freeze you out. Maybe some snow. And the same curriculum of axemanship, fire, knife-work, useful natural resources, outdoor cooking, using woodstoves in tents and shelters, and much more.

This year the Autumn Woodsman will run from 11/4-11/10. You can always check dates on our Master Calendar.
