Back From Running Bushcraft and Winter Survival Courses in New Brunswick

I’m back from my trip to New Brunswick and had a great time. In addition to running several bushcraft and winter survival courses I was able to see a semester student from two years ago and explore the bush with my good friend Jeff Butler of Northwoods Survival, who was my host for the entire trip. As is often the case when we’re together, we had lots of good laughs, some going so far as to bring us both to tears. I haven’t laughed that hard for that long in years, if ever.

I’m home for a week and a half, then I’ll be heading back up to run two more weeks of courses. I’m hoping to get the canoe mold finished before I leave, and there are seeds to start for this summer’s garden. So as always, there is lots to do and maybe just enough time to get it done.
