As part of our ongoing program development, we’re adding a summer homesteading internship to our lineup of courses. It will provide serious students an opportunity to work on their bushcraft skills amongst a small community of learners while at the same time learning to live simply off the land. Work will revolve around farming and gardening, with lots of opportunities for bushcraft, canoeing, fishing and camping.
We are still working out the details, but the idea is to have the internship start at the end of the spring semester and run until the beginning of the fall semester, giving motivated people the opportunity for three seasons of bushcraft and homesteading in northern Maine.
More details coming soon.
