Tim, it was great to finally meet you and see a Master Outdoor “COOK” at work. The art of outdoor cooking is definitely and art and requires lots of practice and skill which you so professionally demonstrated. Nothing says time honored heritage more then a full belly by the campfire all created by cast iron, reflector ovens and cooking racks. My great grandma would be proud. My family and I enjoyed the feast and hospitality you offered at this workshop and look forward to others in the future.

Always a great time hanging out Tim, the food is nothing but exceptional as well. The family and I had a great time and cant wait to do it again. Good food, good fun….and a good full belly is always a pleasant experience. Was nice to interact with some of the other guests and answer their questions as well, thanks for throwing me out there ; ) !
