Halfway Day On The Summer WBS

We’ve reached halfway day on the summer Wilderness Bushcraft Semester course. We’ve been busy with camp projects and making things, and today everyone will be bringing their newly-made canoe paddles and poles out on a three-day trip. I love it when a group of individuals become a team, and that’s the point of the course where we are at. People are getting it done, and helping each other get it done. It’s times like this on courses like this that I feel fortunate to have chosen this path in life.

Any chance you could share some photos of the 3 day trip?

  • Yes, will post some.

I saw you heading in Sunday, I just left Six Mile checkpoint in a truck camper pulling a green wood canvas square stern. Hope you had a good trip.

  • Thanks Robin. Hope you had a good trip as well. I have been working through some of the books you gave us last winter. There are some real gems in there, thanks again.
